I was born in 1971 in Antalya Manavgat. I completed my secondary and high school education at Antalya Anatolian High School. In 1990, I entered Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. During my education here, I did an internship at Kuopio University in Finland for a while in 1994. I started my education at Hacettepe University, Department of Otorhinolaryngology, by passing the medical specialty exam in 1996. I became an ENT specialist in 2001. In the same year, I started to work as a lecturer at Afyon Kocatepe University ENT clinic. I got the title of assistant professor in 2002 and associate professor in 2006. In 2007, I left my job here and worked at Antalya Private Andeva Hospital for a while.
In 2009, I started to work as a founding faculty member in the newly established Antalya Training and Research Hospital. Here, I served as clinical education and administrative responsibility. In 2016, I was appointed to the Professorship of Health Sciences University ENT Department. After continuing my duty as a faculty member and clinical manager at Antalya Training and Research Hospital until February 2019, I left voluntarily and started working in my practice.
Throughout my academic career, I have worked in the United States, Germany, Italy and Spain, etc. I attended various courses in different countries and was a Visiting Lecturer. I have scientific articles published in international peer-reviewed journals. I have national and international awards for my scientific studies. I have been an invited speaker at various national and international meetings.
The subjects I am particularly interested in in the field of otolaryngology,
- Ear surgery (cochlear implantation otosclerosis, cholesteatoma and others)
- Dizziness (vertigo), tinnitus (tinnitus)
- Aesthetic Nasal Surgery, Nasal congestion, Sleep apnea
- They are head and neck cancers and problems of fluid collection in the tonsils, adenoids and ears in children.
